The above designs are basically
1) linear squares, mostly in rows of two, plus
2) undecorated lines, plus
elongated triangular or lozenge-like shapes,
generally only a row of one
- in the same linear order -
(for example, one does not put square,
triangle, square, triangle next to each other)
Related here also are the following cultures,
all of which are ancient LITERATE cultures.

The Shang dynasty is included because this is the
start of writing in China, probably brought in by the Tocharians,
whose language is known to have been Indo-European.
Moreover, Caucasian mummies have been
found in China recently at Shang or pre-Shang sites.
The design is definitely not typical Chinese "china".
