The Alphabet & the Origins of Writing

My new print & ebook
shows that modern alphabets are based on ancient alphabets rooted in syllabic scripts of the ancient world (Sumer, Egypt, Iran, Anatolia, Crete, Cyprus)

Deification
of Patriarchs
and Kings

Heavenly Realms
by Rising and Setting Stars
(as in MUL.APIN)

The Pharaohs believed they
were reborn as stars  - in the heavens.

This has long been known by scholars,

but never systematically applied
to ancient cultures or chronology.

We investigated
whether a similar system could apply
to explain the overlong ages of the

Patriarchs of the Bible,
presuming
that the extremely long lives
found in the Old Testament
such as a Methuselah of 969 "years"
had a rational explanation in astronomy, the main source
by which "time" is kept,
even today,
when we use the Sun
as our major time calculator
with the Moon less important.
But in ancient days
people calculated time by the stars.

We read in the Bible that:

Adam  "lived" 930 "years" or "ages",
which we think is
365 + 365 + a remainder of 200.
This we think was a heliacal
"round" of a selected rising and or setting star in the heavens as follows:
"
ADAM - 930 is his "age" in the Bible
From the Left Lower Corner Star of the Great Square, ADAM,
to the star Arcturus (thrice around, 365 + 365 + 200) is 930 days.
"

Methuselah "lived" 969 years,
which we think is
365 + 365 + a remainder of 239.

We know that "months" are not meant in the Old Testament since Enoch allegedly lived "365 ages", a full "round" as it were indicating some other kind of measurement.

This counting perhaps originated
in an ancient calendric
"thrice-around" threshing-like festival,
found also in
Narmer´s Egypt,
the
Vedas and in legends of King Arthur.

With Peleg,
who also lived 239 years,
the multiple rounding of stars
suddenly stopped.

Prior to that time,
it is the number obtained as the "remainder"
which is crucial.
THAT NUMBER
DEFINED THE HEAVENLY REALM.

We define a "heavenly realm"
by partner "NODE" stars, i.e. rising and/or setting stars, as the Sumerians viz. Babylonians did in MUL.APIN.

According to this system, the life of Patriarch depended on the star interval.

As one star sets on one horizon,
another star (the NODE star)
rises on the other horizon.

Above: Example of Node Stars

A King's Heavenly Realm
could also be defined

by two setting or two rising stars.

The age of Patriarchs at the birth
of their sons is also in star days
and this number gives
the next successive "birth" star
for the next Patriarch.

Once we start at the first star
in this system - everything is fixed
we go from one major star
to the next in sequence.

We think this system
started at Alpharatz,
the left lower corner star
of the Great Square
(today marking the constellations
of Andromeda and Pegasus)
.

However, please not that
the stars used by the Patriarchs
are dependent on latitude,
and that latitude is not yet
certain of location.

Hence, our system can be viewed only as one possible example of how it was done.

Go to Star Realms of the
Biblical Patriarchs or Pharaohs
