The same system of orienting to the stars and constellations as found in the Gilbertese Sky Dome in Polynesian Micronesia, which was used by the islanders for ocean navigation, is found on the  Etruscan Bronze Liver of Piacenza

Astronomy in the Hermetic Tradition

Interesting is the parallel of Etruscan astronomical belief to that of the Egyptian Hermetica, alleging that the divisions of the heavens are reproduced exactly on earth as well - as in the Pyramid complexes.
